When you think you can’t bear the struggle…

A man spotted a soon-to-be butterfly making its way out of a cocoon. He stood back in amazement as the butterfly poked one wing out of its cocoon.

But the butterfly began to struggle. It looked like it wouldn’t make it unless given some assistance. So the man quickly pulled out his pocket knife and gently cut it open which released the butterfly.

I know sometimes we wish someone would help us out of the situation we ‘re in…

But will that help us in the long run?

You will get hit with negativity from all sides. Your workmates, family, and friends will give you a hard time.  But know that that is what is needed for you to become stronger.

A lot of times we wish we could just be away from all the stress. But is it possible that the stress and the negativity thrown our way makes us stronger?

when you are strgggling

The butterfly that was given assistance from the man flew in the air then went straight down to the ground never to get back up again.  The man asked his knowledgeable chemist friend the reason for that.

His friend responded that the butterfly needed the struggle to gain strength. In turn, it would be able to fly and be free to enjoy its new existence.

What does that mean for you and me?

The struggle is there to strengthen your weakness.

That thing you are going through right now does not feel very good. However, you will come out stronger, better and wiser.

So when you are facing a challenging situation know that it’s making you a better you.
